Under §.3.b it is stated that a person can be committed to a mental institution against his will when considered a danger to his own or other peoples lives and well being. In their delusions the current patients claim to draw inspiration ranging from Claude Debussy to My Dying Bride. Although the record can confirm that these musicians have a wide range of experience with metal, rock, jazz, latin and classical music expressions, their combined efforts does belong more in the genre of progressive hard rock.
